Soft eggs, juicy tomatoes, and a little sauce to spoon over rice. A comforting place to begin your Chinese cooking journey.
Noodles in a creamy sesame dressing with fresh cucumber. Loosen sesame paste gradually instead of pouring in all the water at once.
Wash cucumber and cut into thin strips. Stir any separated oil back into the sesame paste.
Stir warm water into sesame paste a little at a time until smooth and pourable. It may thicken before it loosens.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar into the dressing. Boil noodles following package directions and drain.
Toss noodles with dressing and cucumber. If too thick, add a small splash of warm water. Serve freshly prepared.
