Tomato & Egg Stir-fry
Soft eggs, juicy tomatoes, and a little sauce to spoon over rice. A comforting place to begin your Chinese cooking journey.
Wheat noodles tossed with cabbage, carrot and mushrooms. Cook noodles just until ready before giving them a short stir-fry.

Boil noodles according to their package until just cooked. Drain well; do not let them sit in hot cooking water.
Heat neutral oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and mushrooms and stir 3–4 minutes until mushrooms soften.
Add carrot and cabbage with measured water. Toss 3–5 minutes until vegetables are cooked and tender.
Add drained noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Use tongs to lift and turn 2–3 minutes until evenly coated and hot.
Prepare the sauce and vegetables before the noodles finish so they do not stick in the colander.
Wheat noodles: Use rice noodles cooked according to their package and turn gently to reduce breakage.
Serve freshly cooked; refrigerate perishable leftovers promptly. Check packaged ingredients for allergens.
