Tomato & Egg Stir-fry
Soft eggs, juicy tomatoes, and a little sauce to spoon over rice. A comforting place to begin your Chinese cooking journey.
Cauliflower florets coated with a soft tomato sauce. Blanching the florets helps the stems cook without drying out the tomatoes.

Wash and cut cauliflower into 3 cm florets. Peel and slice any thick stems.
Boil florets 3–4 minutes until just tender; drain thoroughly.
Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and tomatoes and stir 4–5 minutes until softened and juicy.
Add cauliflower, salt and water. Cover 3 minutes, then uncover and toss until stems are tender and sauce clings.
Choose similarly sized florets so the small pieces do not crumble before large ones soften.
Cauliflower: Use broccoli for a greener variation, shortening blanching as needed.
Serve freshly cooked; refrigerate perishable leftovers promptly. Check packaged ingredients for allergens.
